RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

At Ivory Fig Collective, every piece is thoughtfully curated with faith, beauty, and southern charm in mind.  We want you to feel at peace with every purchase and confident in your experience with us.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact
• Items must be returned with original packaging when possible
• Final sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are not eligible for return 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.  Approved returns will be issued as a store refund or refund to the original payment method. 

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for size or item availability when possible.  If your desired item is unavailable, we will gladly issue store credit so you can choose something you truly love.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right,  We will always take care of issues caused on our end with grace and urgency.
